I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The views from the large terrace were simply spectacular, making my mornings extraordinary. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure I had a great experience. However, the dining options could use improvement, as they were somewhat limited. Overall, the location was unbeatable, just a short drive from beautiful Lake Como.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Martina, which added a personal touch to my stay. However, the location was a bit isolated, being a few kilometers from Switzerland and quite a drive from the main attractions.
